IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 

Ninda Rahayu is NOT President Director of PT Indo Mineralita Prima (PT IMP) and Paul Burnett is NOT a Director of PT Indo Mineralita Prima, in accordance with Shareholder Meeting Deed No. 2, held September 30,2023 and as approved by the Ministry of Law on November 1, 2023, based on a fully legal and binding ruling by the Supreme Court of Indonesia for Case 618 / Appeal No. 225, which ruled that all Shareholder Meetings announced by Ninda Rahayu, including No. 36, No. 141, No. 88 and No. 167, are nullified, reverting PT IMP to its status under GMS Deed No. 25, such that Ninda Rahayu has held no legal office or authority for PT IMP since the date of that GMS on April 12, 2017.

 

A legitimate shareholder meeting was held on September 30, 2023 (as submitted to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on October 7, 2023) at the Simprug Gallery domicile, and a new Board of Directors was selected to be Craig Owensby as President Director, Roofi Adrianto as Director, and Tegar Yusuf Ardhi Nugraha as Director, while Gunawan Tue and Lilis Fitriyah were selected again as Commissioners.
