PT Indo Mineralita is currently led by a Board of Directors comprised of three individuals, and a Board of Commissioners of two individuals, selected by the Deed No. 2 General Meeting of Shareholders reported to the MInistry of Law and Human Rights on October 7, 2023, at which the agenda called for Craig Owensby to be selected as President Director, Tegar Yusuf Ardhi Nugraha Putuhena to be be selected as Director, and Roofi Adrianto to be selected as Director. At this same meeting, Gunawan Tue was renewed as President Commissioner, and Lilis Fitriyah was renewed as Commissioner.

At General Meeting of Shareholders Deed No. 2, the Supreme Court ruling appeal for case 618 rejected the appeal and confirmed the original ruling stating that four General Meetings of Shareholders were nullified, and PT IMP reverted to its legal standing as of GMS Deed No. 25, which was the basis of the announcement of GMS No. 2 held on September 30, 2023. At this meeting, the GMS validated the Deed No. 25 GMS Board of Directors reinstatement in keeping with the Case 618 / Supreme Court Appeal Ruling 225, and then immediately terminated their positions and replaced them with a new Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners selected properly with a majority vote of the GMS.
